Welcome to my Doula Page!
I'm a Christian Doula and Photographer!
I am passionate about supporting woman to feel confident, ready, informed and supported during their births. Together we can create a birth plan that is catered to your values, wishes and needs, answer any and all of your questions, and feel confident that you CAN do this! I am also passionate about those first moments being undisturbed, skin to skin, breastfeeding, creating a peaceful environment for the birthing mother and advocating for the mother on their behalf. My inspiration comes from my grandmother, who was a midwife in South Africa. She would be SO proud of the work that I am doing, creating natural birthing environments and caring for woman as she did for many years.
How I like to describe my job is "a doulas role is to stand at the back of the room and hug the room. What does the room need?" I fill in where I'm needed! As a photographer, I capture those powerful moments, supporting moments, and first moments! I capture as intimate or as discreet as preferred.

- Two Meetings via Zoom and One In-Person Prenatal Visit
- Assistance in Identifying your Goals and Values

- On Call 38 weeks until Birth
- Unlimited Text Support Throughout Pregnancy
- Labour & Birth Support and Coaching at Home and/or Hospital
- Use of Professional Birth Pool (included in package, home birth only)
- Prepare Birth Area, Decorating, Setting Mood (candles, lighting, music, etc.)
- Use of Personal Help Aids During Labour (massage ball, oils, personal fan, etc.)
- Massage and Pressure Points During Labour
- Use of Tens Machine
- Advocating your Wishes on your Behalf to Team
- Partner Support and/or Children Present
- Coaching Team and Connecting with Midwife/Doctor
- 1 Postpartum visit in your home (wellness check, feeding, sleep, answer your questions, etc.)

Doula on Speed-Dial:
Do you know that between 1 and 6 weeks, very little support is given to a new mother? A follow up appointment doesn’t usually happen until that 6-week mark and A LOT can happen before then! Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone you can trust to text with whatever and whenever you have questions!?

- Unlimited Text/Email/Call Support for 6 weeks Post Birth
- Occasional Video Chats or as Needed

$225 - Gestational Diabetes Support (creating meal plan, how to count carbohydrates, and emotional support)
$100 - Postpartum Doula - While I am a certified postpartum doula, I have limited hours due to being available for my birth clients. Please contact me for scheduling and availability.
